Have you ever opened your wish history to look up your first legendary, or check how many pulls your favorite character took, only to find those wishes gone? The game only shows the last 12 months. A tracker helps, but if your only copy is stored in your browser, clearing its data can wipe out years of saved pulls. Losing that history hurts.
We recovered ours by requesting our account data from HoYoverse. The first export included only 180 days of wishes. After a second email asking for the older records, we received our complete wish history, all the way back to our first pull. Here's how we did it.
Before You Start
Have these details ready:
Your Genshin Impact UID.
The email address linked to your HoYoverse account.
Details to help verify ownership, such as your registration date and purchase history.
How Long It Takes
Our first export arrived the next day. After our second request, HoYoverse said it could take up to a month; the full history arrived two weeks later.
Start with either the web form or the email below.
Option 1: Use the Web Form

Request Your Account Data
Open HoYoverse’s personal data request form and provide the details needed to verify that the account is yours.

Wait for Your Export
We received a spreadsheet the next day. It contained our account data, including quest progress, logins, and wishes.

Check the Wish Log
Open the Wish Log sheet and find the earliest wish. Our export only went back 180 days, so we followed up to request the rest.
If your older wishes are missing too, go to “Request your full Wish history” below.
Option 2: Send an Email
Send the following request to HoYoverse. Replace the fields in square brackets with your details. If you’re signed in to ARCHON.MOE, your UID is already filled in.
Dear HoYoverse Customer Support and Privacy Team, I would like to request a copy of the personal data associated with my Genshin Impact account, including my complete Wish history from account creation to the date this request is processed. My account details are: - UID: {uid} - Server: [server] - In-game nickname: [nickname] - Linked email address: [email] I am requesting access to my personal account data under your Privacy Policy. Please let me know what information you need to verify that I own the account. Thank you for your assistance.
Replace {uid} with your UID - or log in and it's filled in for you.
HoYoverse will ask you to verify account ownership. In our case, this involved filling in a verification form before receiving the spreadsheet.
Once your export arrives, open the Wish Log sheet and check the earliest recorded wish. If it covers your full history, you can go straight to the import instructions. If older wishes are missing, send the follow-up below.
Request Your Full Wish History
Our first export contained only 180 days of wishes, even though we had requested the complete history. We sent a second email specifically asking for the older records.
Reply to your existing email conversation with support. If you used the web form and don’t have an email thread, send a new message to the addresses below and mention your earlier request.
Replace the fields in square brackets. If you don’t know your account creation date, leave out “on [creation date].”
Dear HoYoverse Customer Support and Privacy Team, Thank you for providing my account data. The Wish Log sheet contains [number] wishes from [earliest date] to [latest date], but my earlier wishes are missing. I would like to request my complete Wish history for UID {uid}, from account creation on [creation date] onward. Please include any older records you retain that no longer appear in the in-game Wish history or were not included in the first export. For each wish, please include the following details where available: - Date and time, including the time zone or UTC offset - Banner type and name - Item name and type (Character or Weapon) - Rarity - Wish record ID Please provide the records in CSV or XLSX format, if possible. Thank you for your help.
Replace {uid} with your UID - or log in and it's filled in for you.
HoYoverse acknowledged the request and told us it could take up to a month.
Two weeks later, we received our complete Wish Log, including every wish back to our first pull.
Import Your History into ARCHON.MOE
Import from the Game First
Before uploading the file, import your wishes directly from the game once. ARCHON.MOE uses this step to verify that the UID belongs to you.
How to Import Your File
- Open Settings → Game Data → Import Data.
- Choose HoYoverse.
- Upload the file you received.
ARCHON.MOE finds the Wish records in your file, matches wishes you’ve already imported, and adds the missing ones.
Your file is read in your browser and wish records are sent to ARCHON.MOE; the rest of the account export stays safe.
Keep the original export private. It contains other account information as well as your wishes.
